• Ottawa Little Theatre invites submissions for the 74th National One-Act Playwriting Competition, for plays running 25 to 60 minutes, unproduced or produced no earlier than 2014; the submission deadline is October 17
• The Toronto Fringe Festival now invites submissions for the 2015 Fringe Lottery, Site Specific Fringe Theatre, and the Culturally Diverse Artist Project; application deadlines are November 3
• Buddies in Bad Times invites submissions for their OAC Theatre Creators Reserve from individual creators or collectives working on new texts and performance-creation based models relevant to Buddies' mandate and interest.  The application deadline is November 28
