New Theatre Ontario Youth Advisory Committee – Currently Seeking Volunteers

Youth Training Courses at Theatre Ontario

Theatre Ontario is currently undergoing major changes in order to become more accessible to young adults and young professionals (16-25).  In order to accomplish this, we are looking to form a Youth Advisory Committee. The Committee will be responsible for establishing and implementing a plan of action for the next twelve months with the aim of creating greater accessibility to young theatre artists and patrons, and students of theatre.

While this is an unpaid position, this is a great opportunity for networking, and to gain experience in theatre administration and the not-for-profit sector.

Who we’re looking for: Five (5) individuals between the ages of 16-25. Applicants should have a strong interest in theatre in Ontario/the GTA, meaning that they attend shows on a regular basis (5 times a year).
