- Among the productions announced in Toronto Fringe’s Next Stage Festival is the Praxis Theatre production of Rifles: Nicolas Billon’s new adaptation of Bertolt Brecht’s Senora Carrar’s Rifles. I had the pleasure of seeing Michael Wheeler’s production of the Brecht play on the 2012 Directors Day as part of the Neil Munro Intern Directors Project at the Shaw Festival—I’m excited to see this new adaptation
